Two articles in the Bradenton Herald discussed the opening of Peace Community Park, a three-acre park located behind Peace Lutheran Church and School. The article on Oct. 23 talks about how the park was the result of a partnership between Peace Lutheran Church and School and the county's redevelopment agency. The article on Oct. 25 highlights the opening of the park. On Oct. 25, The Bradenton Times also ran an article on the park's opening.
The Tribune in Greeley, Colo., featured Shepherd of the Hills, Greeley, in a Nov. 1 article. The article discusses how the recession is affecting the congregation in its finances but not in its faith.
