WELS Constitution updates available

The WELS Committee on Constitutional Matters has completed its revision of WELS’ Constitution and Bylaws. Amendments approved at this summer’s convention have been incorporated, and copies may be downloaded at www.wels.net/jump/constitution. A limited number of printed copies are also available.
